Our office sits at 440 Main St in Longmont, and it’s staffed the same hours our crews are out on jobs — Monday through Saturday, 7am to 7pm. Whether you’re pricing out a local move or trying to lock down a date for an interstate relocation, the fastest way to get real answers is to call and talk to a person, not a call center script.
What to Expect When You Call
Nora, our office manager, or Miles, who runs dispatch, will ask a handful of questions: where you’re moving from and to, roughly how much you’re moving, and what dates you’re considering. From there we can usually give you a ballpark number on the spot and follow up with a firm flat-rate quote once we know more detail — things like stairs, long carries, or specialty items like a piano or gun safe.
If you’re calling about a move already in progress, dispatch can tell you where your crew is and when to expect them. For anything involving a specific address or complex — parking restrictions, elevator reservations, HOA move windows — mention it up front so we can plan the truck and crew size around it.
